Park Azur, a VINCI Concessions subsidiary, has been the concession company of the car rental firm business complex at Nice-Côte d’Azur airport since 2011. The PPP contract calls for the construction, operation and maintenance of the infrastructure.

Park Azur is pooling the vehicle preparation services within its car rental firm business centre.

Capacity:

• 2,500 vehicles

• 3 parking levels

• Total surface area of 60,000 sq. metres

Sustainable development:

The solar power plant on the Car Rental Center’s roof was inaugurated at the beginning of 2012. The solar canopy – the largest in the Alpes-Maritimes region, with 10,277 sq. metres of panels – produces almost 1.5 million kWh. This energy, fed into the national grid, generates an annual saving of 471 tonnes of CO2.
