Lucitea, the consortium comprising VINCI Concessions and VINCI Energies, has been managing the street lighting, traffic lights and CCTV systems in Rouen since 2007.
The consortium has also signed a contract with Covage (a VINCI company specialised in the installation and operation of fibre optic networks) to develop and market related services.
Works carried out in 2010:
- Renovation of the lighting of the Place de l’Hôtel de Ville (Town Hall Square) using LED overhead lights.
