Xavier Huillard
Chairman of VINCI Concessions
Xavier Huillard, born on 27 June 1954, is an alumnus of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole Nationale des Ponts & Chaussées. Following a brief period as a civil servant, firstly in a local Public Works and Planning Department and then in the Ministry for Infrastructure’s International Business Department, he has spent the rest of his career in the concessions and construction sector. Having joined SGE in 1996 as Director of International Business at SOGEA, Xavier Huillard became Chairman and CEO of that company in 1998. Appointed Chairman of VINCI Construction in 2000, he was made Senior Executive Vice-President of VINCI in 2002 and became Chairman of VINCI Energies, stimulating its growth in Europe. Xavier Huillard has been Director and CEO of VINCI and Chairman of VINCI Concessions since January 2006.
Louis-Roch Burgard
Chief Operating Officer of VINCI Concessions
Louis-Roch Burgard, born in 1969, is a graduate of Sciences-Po Paris and the Paris Ecole Supérieure de Commerce business school. In 1996, he was admitted to ENA (National School of Administration) and in 1998 joined the Inspection générale des Finances (auditing department of the Treasury). He was first appointed director with VINCI's senior management in 2002 before joining VINCI Energies as manager of the nuclear division in 2003 and later Managing Director of VINCI Energies Sud-Ouest in 2005. In May 2008 he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of VINCI Concessions, becoming a member of VINCI's Executive Committee.
Pierre Coppey
Chairman of VINCI Autoroutes and ASF
Chairman and CEO of Cofiroute and Arcour
Pierre Coppey, born in 1963, is a graduate of the Strasbourg Institut d'Etudes Politiques (1984) and an alumnus of the Strasbourg Centre Universitaire d'Enseignement du Journalisme (Journalism School). He has a Master's degree in Political Science (Paris II) and is an alumnus of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des PTT – National School of Telecommunications (ENSPTT 1986).
In 1989, he was appointed manager for internal and institutional communication with La Poste. He joined Campenon Bernard SGE in 1992 as Director of Communication. He subsequently became Director of Communications for the SGE group in 1996, a position that he combined with that of Director of Human Resources and Synergies on becoming a member of VINCI's Executive Committee in 2001. He was appointed Senior Executive Vice-President of VINCI and Vice-President, Corporate Communications, Human Resources and Synergies at the beginning of 2006.
In 2007, Pierre Coppey became Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Cofiroute. He also became Chairman and CEO of ARCOUR, the concession company operating the A19 motorway, in 2008. On 1 July 2009, he becomes Chairman of VINCI Autoroutes France, Chairman of ASF and a director of Escota. Pierre Coppey is also a director of the VINCI Foundation for the Community and VIce-President of the Association des Sociétés Française d’Autoroutes.
Denis Grand
Chairman and CEO of VINCI Park
Born in 1949, Denis Grand has a civil engineering degree from INSA, one of France’s top engineering schools, and a management degree from the ESSEC business school in Paris. He started his career in 1973 as an economic engineer in the expansion department of Bouygues. In 1976, he created SOGARGECO, a company specialising in car park management.
Denis Grand sold his company to Eiffage in 1990, retaining the position of CEO with a view to expanding it under the new name, SAP (Société Auxiliaire de Parcs).
In 1997, SAP was sold to a GTM subsidiary, Les Parcs GTM, of which he became CEO in 1999.
Following VINCI’s takeover of GTM in 2000, all car park business activities were transferred into VINCI Park.
Denis Grand has been Chairman and CEO of VINCI Park since 2001.
Olivier Mathieu
Chief Financial and Asset Management Officer of VINCI Concessions
Date of birth: 1973. Graduate of the Essec business school. Adviser to the Chief Financial Officer of SGE (now VINCI) from 1995 to 1998, then from 1999 to 2001. Management controller at G+H Montage (VINCI Group, Germany) from 1998-1999. Chief Financial Officer of Sogea-Satom (Africa branch of VINCI Construction) from 2002 to 2006. Chief Administrative and Financial Officer of VINCI Construction Filiales Internationales from 2006 to 2009. Chief Financial and Asset Management Officer of VINCI Concessions from 1 September 2009
Pierre Anjolras
Senior Executive Officer at ASF
Pierre Anjolras, born in 1966, is both graduate of the Ponts et Chaussées engineering school and of the Ecole Polytechnique. He started his career in a French western departmental infrastructure directorate and also worked for the European Commission. He joined VINCI in 1999. After some years of practical experiences, he became regional manager at SOGEA then joined Cofiroute as Director-Operations.
Pierre Anjolras was appointed Senior Executive Officer at ASF on January,2 2007.
Philippe-Emmanuel Daussy
Chairman and CEO of ESCOTA
Philippe-Emmanuel Daussy (aged 52) has been Senior Executive Officer – Operations since January 2002. He was previously Deputy Director – Operations within the infrastructure concession department of Vinci Concessions. Philippe-Emmanuel Daussy is a graduate of École Polytechnique, École Nationale Supérieure du Pétrole et des Moteurs and INSEAD.
He was appointed Chairman and CEO of ESCOTA in January 2007.
Fadi Selwan
Director, VINCI Concessions Business Development
Born in 1965, Fadi Selwan is a graduate of the Ponts et Chaussées engineering school and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He entered the Eiffage Group in 1990. In 2001, he joined Eiffage Concessions where he was appointed deputy director with responsibility for infrastructure. Mr Selwan was in charge of developing concession projets and public-private partnerships, in particular for motorways, rail lines and equipment, public lighting and urban transport. Among his responsibilities, he was chairman of A'Lienor (the A65 motorway). He has joined the VINCI Group to head the VINCI Concessions/Business Development unit.
Christophe Pélissié du Rausas
Vice-president, Southeast Europe
Christophe Pélissié du Rausas, 49, is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées civil engineering school, and holds a postgraduate degree in finance from Paris-Dauphine university. He began his career at France’s Ministry of Infrastructure before joining the Spie Batignolles group, where he served in several management posts at Spie Enertrans. He joined VINCI in 1997, where he has served as head of concessions at Campenon Bernard (1997-98), deputy managing director of Campenon Bernard, now VINCI Construction Grands Projets (1999-2001) and managing director of VINCI Energies Nord (2002-03). In 2004, he was appointed vice-president, Southeast Europe for VINCI Concessions. Since 2005, this position has also included the presidency of Olympia-Odos (Motorway in Greece).
Erik Leleu
Human Resources Director VINCI Concessions
Born in 1954, Erik Leleu, with a master degree in history and geography, first entered the teaching profession. He diversified his professional career turing to human resources and management studies. From 1991 to 1998, he was human resources manager at Dumez-France, then human resources manager and communication manager at GTM Construction from 1998 to 2004. He joined Cofiroute in september 2004 as human resources director.
He was appointed human resources director at ASF in september 2006 and also human ressources director at VINCI Concessions in january 2007 and human ressources director at VINCI in november 2007.
Thomas Barbelet
Director of communication of VINCI Concessions
Born in 1972, Thomas Barbelet has a degree in Political and Social Communication from the Sorbonne. After starting his career in a communications agency, he joined Questel, a France Télécom subsidiary, in 1996 and became communications manager in 1997. From 2000 to 2008, he worked for PagesJaunes, first as corporate communications manager and then deputy communications director in charge of the brand. Before joining VINCI Concessions in September 2009, he was marketing and communications director at Citya Immobilier.
