The contract signed in 2007 by VINCI Concessions calls for the design, financing, construction and/or renovation of a 45 km section of motorway between Gotha and Eisenach in Thuringia, central Germany. VINCI Concessions will also participate in the operation of this motorway for 30 years under a public-private partnership. Heavy goods vehicle tolls collected on this section via Toll Collect, the satellite-based system, will be paid to the concession operator.
