VINCI Concessions has been operating in Cambodia since 1995. Through its subsidiary SCA, it holds the concession for three of the country’s airports, Sihanoukville having been added to Phnom Penh and Siem Reap in 2007 when the contract was extended for 20 years.
This long-term public-private partnership makes VINCI a key player in the growth of Cambodia’s economy and tourism. VINCI Concessions’ contract covers the operation, management, construction, modernisation and growth of these three airports.
