A86 West tunnels (17.5 km)

The contract signed by Cofiroute covers the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of the A86 link tunnels. This major project completes the A86 ring road and includes the construction of two tunnels. The East Tunnel, which is for light vehicles only, is 4.5 km long and runs between Rueil Malmaison and Pont Colbert with an interchange at Vaucresson; the West Tunnel, which can by used by any type of vehicle, will run from Rueil Malmaison to the A12 at Bailly.
