Louis-Roch Burgard
Chief Excutive Officer
- Born in 1969, Louis-Roch Burgard is a graduate of the Sciences-Po Paris political science institute and the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris business school.
- In 1996, he was admitted to the Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA) and in 1998 joined the Inspection Générale des Finances (auditing department of the French Treasury).
- He was appointed Director within VINCI’s senior management in 2002 and joined VINCI Energies in 2003 as manager of the nuclear division in 2003 and was then appointed Managing Director of VINCI Energies Sud-Ouest in 2005.
- In May 2008, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of VINCI Concessions, becoming a member of VINCI’s Executive Committee.
Fadi Selwan
Director of Business Development
- Born in 1965, Fadi Selwan is a graduate of the Ponts et Chaussées engineering school and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
- He entered the Eiffage Group in 1990.
- In 2001, he joined Eiffage Concessions where he was appointed deputy director with responsibility for infrastructure and was in charge of developing concession projects and public-private partnerships, in particular for motorways, rail lines and equipment, public lighting and urban transport.
- He joined the VINCI Group as head of the VINCI Concessions/Business Development unit.
Christophe Pélissié du Rausas
Director of Client-Side Project Management
- Christophe Pélissié du Rausas, 49, is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées civil engineering school, and holds a postgraduate degree in finance from Paris-Dauphine University.
- He began his career at France’s Ministry of Infrastructure before joining the Spie Batignolles Group, where he served in several management posts at Spie Enertrans.
- He joined VINCI in 1997, where he served as head of concessions at Campenon Bernard (1997-98), deputy managing director of Campenon Bernard, now VINCI Construction Grands Projets (1999-2001) and managing director of VINCI Energies Nord (2002-03). In 2004, he was appointed vice-president, Southeast Europe at VINCI Concessions. Since 2005, this position has also included the presidency of Olympia-Odos (motorway in Greece).
Denis Grand
Chairman and CEO, VINCI Park
- Born in 1949, Denis Grand has a civil engineering degree from INSA, one of France’s top engineering schools, and a management degree from the ESSEC business school in Paris. He began his career in 1973 as an economic engineer in the expansion department of Bouygues. In 1976, he created SOGARGECO, a company specialising in car park management.
- Denis Grand sold his company to Eiffage in 1990, retaining the position of CEO with a view to expanding it under the new name, SAP (Société Auxiliaire de Parcs).
- In 1997, SAP was sold to a GTM subsidiary, Les Parcs GTM, of which he became CEO in 1999.
- Following VINCI’s takeover of GTM in 2000, all car park business activities were transferred to VINCI Park. Denis Grand has been Chairman and CEO of VINCI Park since 2001.
Nicolas Notebaert
Chairman, VINCI Airports
- Born in 1970, graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique (X 89) and the Ecole Nationale des Ponts&Chaussées (Ponts 94). He also holds an MBA.
- Consultant at the World Bank in 1994, held a variety of positions within the Ministry of Infrastructure between 1995 and 2002, in the DDE and the Minister’s staff.
- Joined the VINCI Group in 2002 as Head of the Operations Department at Cofiroute, then joined VINCI Concessions in 2004 as Development Director, France.
- In February 2008, he was appointed Chairman of VINCI Airports and became a member of the VINCI Concessions Management Committee.
- He has been a Director of SCA since 2010.
Robert Hosselet
Chairman, Consortium Stade de France
- Robert Hosselet, born on 7 February 1945 in Mostaganem, Algeria, is a graduate of the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics engineering school (class of 1970).
- He started his career at GTM BTP on 1 October 1971 in the reinforced concrete design office.
- In 1973, he began his first projects in the Greater Paris area, and was then appointed Agency Director in Le Havre, where he remained until 1980.
- In 1980 he joined the PETIT company (a subsidiary of GTM), where he became Managing Director, until 1995.
- In 1995, he was appointed Regional Building and Civil Engineering Directorat GTM and then served as Chairman and CEO between 2002 and 2007.
- He is currently Chairman and CEO of the Stade de France consortium.
- Since 2007, he has been a Director of the VIE BTP mutual insurance scheme at the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics and the society of ETP graduate engineers.
- Robert Hosselet was made Chevalier of the National Order of the Legion of Honourunder the Ministry of Ecology, Development and Sustainable Development.
Olivier Mathieu
Director of Finance and Asset Management
- Born in 1973, Olivier Mathieu is an alumnus of the Essec business school. He was adviser to the Chief Financial Officer of SGE (now VINCI) from 1995 to 1998, then from 1999 to 2001.
- He then became management controller at G+H Montage (VINCI Group, Germany) from 1998-1999, Chief Financial Officer of Sogea-Satom (Africa branch of VINCI Construction) from 2002 to 2006 and Chief Administrative and Financial Officer of VINCI Construction Filiales Internationales from 2006 to 2009.
- He was appointed Chief Financial and Asset Management Officer of VINCI Concessions on 1 September 2009.
Romain Verzier
Director of Structured Financing
- Born in 1964, Romain Verzier is a graduate of the ESSEC business school (MBA).
- He began his career as a banker in 1989 and then spent three years at the French Treasury, where he was in charge of export credit policy.
- He then joined the Bouygues financial engineering team.
- He joined the Vinci Group in 2000. He has been in charge of the structured finance department of Vinci Concessions since March 2004.
Brigitte Simon
Director of Legal Affairs
- Born in 1956, Brigitte Simon is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, (Service Public – 1977), and holds a Masters of International and European Law as well as a DEA in Pubic and Private International Relations Law (Paris X 1978 – 1979).
- She began her career at Dragages et Travaux Publics, at the time a subsidiary of Screg, and in 1985 she became legal and insurance manager at Polysius, a Thyssen-Krupp subsidiary specialising in cement engineering.
- In 1993, Brigitte Simon was named head of the Legal and Insurance Department of Degrémont (a subsidiary of Suez-Environnement specialising in water treatment) and in 2001she joined the Thion Group (energy sector) as Legal Director.
- Brigitte joined ASF in March 2005 as Legal Director.
- In November 2007, she was appointed Legal Affairs Director of VINCI Concessions, while retaining her position within ASF up until May 2011.
Frédéric Ezaoui
Director of Human Resources
- After earning a postgraduate DESS degree in Human Resource Management (IAE – Bordeaux 1999), Frédéric Ezaoui began his career at the Adecco Group and then joined the Bouygues Group.
- From 1999 to 2004, he worked for the SAUR Company, first at the Centre East regional division and then at the head office.
- In 2004, he joined Bouygues Travaux Publics as HR manager of three operating units.
- In April 2007, Frédéric Ezaoui was named Human Resources Director at the Stade de France before joining VINCI Concessions in September, 2010.
Thomas Barbelet
Director of Communications
- Born in 1972, Thomas Barbelet has a degree in Political and Social Communication from the Sorbonne.
- After starting his career in a communications agency, he joined Questel, a France Télécom subsidiary, in 1996 and became communications manager in 1997.
- From 2000 to 2008, he worked for Pages Jaunes, first as corporate communications manager and then deputy communications director in charge of the brand.
- Before joining VINCI Concessions in September 2009, he was marketing and communications director at Citya Immobilier.
