Led by VINCI Highways as part of a 34-year public-private partnership, the Regina bypass has just won the "Premier's Award for Excellence in the Public Service". Presented by the Prime Minister of the Province of Saskatchewan, this award recognizes projects that contribute to the Province's development. Saskatchewan's largest infrastructure project, the Regina bypass will secure and facilitate traffic and support the region's economic growth.

Regina Bypass is the first transportation infrastructure project to be carried out under a public-private partnership contract in the province of Saskatchewan. It covers the construction and operation of the Regina Bypass until 2049.
