With the SEA HSL, sustainable mobility is on the right track!

France's second high-speed rail service, the South Europe Atlantic high-speed line (SEA HSL) operated by LISEA, a subsidiary of VINCI Concessions, is an environmentally friendly means of transport that brings territories and their inhabitants closer! Discover in this podcast all the work carried out during the construction of the line but also since its commissioning 3 years ago to avoid, reduce and offset the environmental impact of such infrastructure used by more than 20 million people every year.

2025 was an important year for VINCI Concessions, as all of the VINCI Group’s concessions operations were integrated into a single structure that designs, finances, builds, operates and maintains over 100 airports, highways and public-private partnership projects in 25 countries. Bringing these operations together has made it possible to pool expertise and strengthen a future-facing model.
