VINCI Railways’ expertise enables the design, construction, and operation of these lines in compliance with the strictest standards. With safety and reliability as top priorities, VINCI Railways brings cutting-edge expertise in corrective and predictive maintenance, supported by innovative equipment (sensors, track inspection vehicles, maintenance robots, and artificial intelligence) developed by its subsidiary MESEA. The Sud Europe Atlantique high-speed line (LGV SEA) has its own control center, ensuring optimal monitoring and real-time team intervention. Finally, VINCI Railways, through its subsidiary LISEA, has developed strong know-how in environmental management and biodiversity preservation, enabling the delivery of high-speed rail lines with the utmost respect for natural ecosystems. In 2025, LISEA removed a barrier to opening the rail sector to competition by laying the foundation stone of the first privately operated train maintenance and stabling facility (SMR) in Marcheprime, near Bordeaux.

Communication systems between train drivers and ground teams are essential for the safety, smoothness, and reliability of rail traffic. Between 2010 and 2025, VINCI Railways deployed and operated in France, through its subsidiary Synerail, a unique telecommunications network replacing all obsolete systems (GSM-Rail). This system carries both voice and data, enhancing safety as well as corrective and predictive maintenance.
