This new season brings together women at very different moments in their careers - some taking on their first major responsibilities, others leading complex operations or entire companies.

Despite their varied backgrounds, they share a similar energy: moving forward even when uncertainty appears. Several of them describe the moment they chose to step up, to trust their skills, or to embrace an opportunity that felt just a little too big.

A recurring theme in their stories is the impact of others: the colleague who encouraged them, the manager who trusted them, or the woman who paved the way before them. Morgane Sauzay, Head of Operation and Security Services at VINCI Autoroutes, embodies this cycle of support. A former mentee who is now mentoring young girls exploring career options, she insists on the importance of self-belief: “If you have dreams, put everything in place and you will get there.” Beyond individual encouragement, many highlight how visibility matters, not to stand out, but to show what is possible so others can picture themselves in their shoes.
