One year after being awarded Japan’s first airport concession, VINCI Airports and ORIX signed the concession contract to operate Kobe airport, highlighting VINCI Airports’ successful establishment in the country.
This signature allows operational synergies between Kansai International, Osaka Itami and Kobe airports, as part of an integrated approach to serving Kansai region’s three large cities: Osaka, Kobe and Kyoto.
Terminal 1 handles domestic flights operated by All Nippon Airways, Skymark, Solaseed Air, AIRDO, Fuji Dream Airlines, and Toki Air.
Terminal 2, newly opened in April 2025, serves international charter flights.
Conveniently connected to a Port Liner station,the airport serves as a gateway to the city of Kobe with easy access to Sannomiya.
