VINCI Concessions acquired the concession contract for the A4 Horselberg motorway in 2007 for a period of 30 years through its subsidiary, Via Solutions Thüringen GmbH & CO, in which VINCI Concessions Deutschland GmbH holds a 50% stake.
The contract covers the design, construction, renovation (widening), financing, operation and maintenance of a 45‑km stretch of motorway in the state of Thuringia.
