United States
ViaPlus, serves the following public agencies:
- Georgia State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA): ViaPlus provides the back office to manage transactions on the Georgia Express Lanes, a 66-mile (107km) dynamically priced managed lanes system in metropolitan Atlanta. The contract includes transaction management of SRTA’s toll program Peach Pass, which can be used for parking payment at Atlanta’s Hartfield-Jackson International Airport, whose international terminal is partially operated by VINCI Airports, and for toll road payment in 18 other US states. The mobility network of SRTA generated 29M free-flow transactions in 2023.
- Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA): the contract covers image review services on HCTRA’s free-flow toll network, which serves the Greater Houston area. ViaPlus will use its exclusive optical-recognition system to automatically process license plate images for toll invoicing.
- North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA): ViaPlus designed, developed, implemented, and operates a back-office system to process transactions on NTTA’s all-electronic network (1,500 km in the Dallas metropolitan area). Delivered in January 2021, the system successfully processed over 10 million transactions within the first 24-hours of go-live and processes over one billion free-flow transactions annually.
- Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (CTRMA): ViaPlus provides the back office, toll services, and customer relations on CTRMA’s four highways in the cities of Austin and Tyler, totaling approximately 30 million transactions per year.
- Orange County Transportation Authority and Riverside County Transportation Commission: ViaPlus provides transaction management and customer service operations for 91 Express Lanes, a 29 km variably-priced lane system between Anaheim and Corona, and one of the world’s first “free-flow” highways.
- Pharr-Reynosa International Bridge crossing: ViaPlus provides the back office system to manage ETC transactions at one of the most important entry ports at the US-Mexico border. The system processes approximately 6,500 commercial and passenger-operated vehicles daily.
Europe
- M50 Motorway: ViaPlus provides the back office system to manage transactions and customer accounts on the free-flow M50 highway encircling Dublin, Ireland – the busiest corridor in the country’s national road network.
India
- Indian Banks: ViaPlus provides the back office system that enables Indian national and private banks to issue tags and process ETC transactions (including parking, tolls, and fuel services) to road users as a third party on roads operated by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
