With more than 20 years’ experience in the transport sector, Anne Le Bour is Communications & Innovation Director of VINCI Airports since 2011. In 2016, Anne Le Bour was appointed Chief Communications & Innovation Officer of VINCI Concessions and joined its executive committee.

As VINCI Concessions' Chief Communications and Innocation Officer, which operates a network of mobility infrastructures including more than 100 airports, highways and rail projects in 23 countries, Anne Le Bour is leading external and internal communications, including press relations, public relations, branding, corporate, crisis, digital communications and innovation. She defines and implements the communications and innovation strategy while insuring the international development of all VINCI Concessions’ infrastructures, including VINCI Airports, VINCI Highways and VINCI Railways'.

Anne Le Bour is also a member of the steering committee of the Fabrique de la Cité, a VINCI Group think tank dedicated to prospective and urban innovations.

With an MBA in "Management, Communication and Societies" from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences de l'Information et de la Communication (CELSA), Anne Le Bour spent 12 years as Director of Communications for Brittany Ferries, France’s leading passenger and freight transport company.

In 2002, she joined Air France as director of communications for its Brit Air subsidiary. In this position, she enabled the renewal of the company’s entire brand identity and developed highly reputed partnerships.
