In 2015, VINCI Airports signed an agreement to acquire the Dominican AERODOM company which has a concession contract with the Dominican Government and the Airport Commission to operate six airports in the Dominican Republic, valid until March 2030.
The Dominican Republic is one of the Americas’ top five tourist destinations, and the leading destination in the Caribbean.
At the end of 2023, the Government of the Dominican Republic granted VINCI Airports a 30-year extension of its current concession contract, originally scheduled for 2030.
