VINCI Concessions has a 85% stake in the company that holds the concession for the Confederation Bridge.

The contract, which will end in 2032, includes the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of a 12.9 km bridge between Prince Edward Island and the province of New Brunswick.

In April 2022, VINCI Highways has signed an agreement with OMERS Infrastructure to acquire its 65.1% stake in Strait Crossing Development Inc (SCDI), the company owning the concession contract of the Confederation Bridge until 2032, and will become thus, once obtainedg the regulatory authorizations from the competent authorities, the majority shareholder with 85%.
