Expertise beyond gender: role models driving performance

At VINCI Concessions, the performance of our infrastructure relies first and foremost on the expertise of our teams. Across our airports, highways and rail networks, women and men mobilise their technical skills, sense of responsibility and operational excellence every day to serve millions of users.
This spotlight is part of a long-term ambition: to make excellence a shared standard, and diversity a driver of performance.
Expertise as a shared standard
In our businesses, expertise is expressed in demanding environments. Coordinating aircraft movements, securing highway operations, supervising networks in real time or maintaining critical systems in operational condition all require a combination of technical skills, composure and the ability to anticipate. They mobilise different profiles, varied career paths and complementary experience.
At VINCI Concessions, operational excellence is built on this shared commitment: making the right decisions, at the right time, with the highest level of expertise.
It is this shared culture of performance that sets the standard across all our businesses.
A necessary shift in perceptions
Infrastructure, operations and maintenance professions are still predominantly male today, particularly in technical and operational roles.
This reality does not call into question the high standards of our businesses. It does, however, challenge us to broaden perspectives and help reshape perceptions.
Making visible the women who hold technical, operational or managerial responsibilities helps open up new possibilities. Not as a matter of symbolism, but because sustainable performance requires attracting and retaining all talents.
As a major infrastructure operator, VINCI Concessions has a role to play in supporting this evolution.
Highlighting expertise also means recognising those who embody our standards of excellence. By showcasing their career paths and responsibilities, we affirm a strong conviction: representation matters, because it inspires and broadens perspectives. These professionals are not symbols. They are benchmarks in their fields.
