Chambéry Savoie Mont Blanc airport

Holding:

100%

End of contract (year):

2029

Chambéry Savoie Mont Blanc airport offers a perfect gateway to the most popular ski resorts in the French Alps.
It is France’s third busiest airport for business aviation during the winter and the economic heartbeat of the region.

The airport operates regular direct routes within Europe, as well as chartered ski flights and has a terminal dedicated to business aviation.

Few years ago, the airport underwent a modernisation programme to renovate its passenger terminal, which helped to improve passenger flow management during the weekends of the winter season and the quality of service provided to passengers.

Chambéry airport obtained ISO 14001 certification in 2019, which it renewed in 2023. In 2022, the Savoie hub obtained Airport Carbon Accreditation (ACA) Level 3 certification. Achieving ACA 3 underlines the efforts made by the hub to decarbonize its activities, as well as the actions taken to involve all its stakeholders.
