Feminizing our professions, already a reality

To highlight International Women's Day, VINCI Concessions has launched an international communications campaign aimed at inspiring and encouraging women to discover and embrace the numerous jobs proposed within our mobility infrastructure network.
Committed to promoting the feminization of its workforce, VINCI Concessions supports women in their careers, in all 24 countries where it operates, offering them opportunities to progress in line with their professional aspirations and working to attract more women to the mobility sector.
This is a promising approach at all levels, with, for example, a gender-balanced management committee, several airports in the network headed by women, in France, the Dominican Republic and Brazil, and more than a third of management jobs held by women.
